Many people want to hide their important and personal data from being used by others if the data size is small there is no problem since you can hide it but if the data size is too large the below windows trick will be useful for them.
01.Open the Run box by (Winkey + R) or Start->Run
02.Type “cmd” in the Run box. (Without quotes) or you can try as in the below images if you are using win 8.
04.Then type “list volume”. (Without placing quotes) Now, it will display all the disk partitions of your PC.
05.Now select the volume you want to hide by typing "select volume n"(n is the volume number against the drive you want to hide).
e.g.-> If you want to hide volume 4 then type "select volume 2"(without quotes).
e.g.-> If you want to hide volume 4 then type "select volume 2"(without quotes).
06.Then type “remove letter S” (S is a drive letter) and hit Enter.
e.g.->For example if you want to remove the drive E then type letter E
e.g.->For example if you want to remove the drive E then type letter E
07.That’s it, you have done, your partition was hidden. Then just restart your pc/computer once to better performance.
How to unhide the drive again?
OK. The drive was hidden. Then all of you ask me that how to get my hidden partition back to our view? This is similar to the hide process.
Just follow the steps…

e.g.->select volume 2.
e.g.->select volume 2.
06.Then type “assign letter Z” (Z is a drive letter) hit Enter.
e.g.-> assign letter E
e.g.-> assign letter E
07.That’s it, you have done, your partition will be back. Then just restart your pc/computer once to better performance.
